Welcome to PostWave. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Tools to create, schedule and publish social content and view analytics across supported platforms.
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service.
Use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms. We may request OAuth scopes necessary to publish content and fetch analytics; you can revoke at any time via the platform’s settings or within PostWave.
Paid plans are billed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Prices may change with notice. Failure to pay may suspend or terminate access.
You may cancel at any time in Settings; refunds are per the plan’s refund policy. We may suspend/terminate for breach, abuse, or risk to the Service. Upon termination we will delete or anonymize personal data per our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or platform API availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or breach of these Terms or third-party platform rules.
We may modify features or these Terms. Material changes will be notified; continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by French law. Courts of Lyon, France shall have jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
